This process can become so painstaking that even bigger companies prefer to outsource this process rather then take on this task themselves.   You inventory count is what decides if you warehouse is well managed or poorly organized. Even though your warehouse may look spotless with boxes well organizes, one quick check with you numbers can prove something completely different. If you are on the old ink and paper method, then there is no secret to why your warehouse is not up to par when it comes to your numbers. The solution is as simple as your software. With the proper software you can track what you ship, check in, what gets replaced and everything on back order at the fullfillment house. Good software not only makes the inventory process easy, but a pleasure to do. With good inventory software you will no longer be dread when your establishment needs to get audit, you will welcome it with open arms because you know everything is up to par. So if you don’t have a good inventory software, save yourself the heartache and get one.
