So if you are thinking about taking up the sport, then natural bodybuilding is the only way to go. Many of the quick ways are not only harmful but can also be temporary, but doing it the natural way, you can ensure you are fit and healthy for many years to come.
So what exactly is natural bodybuilding? Well, to put it simply, it is bodybuilding but done in a natural way only. This includes having a diet of natural ingredients and having a bodybuilding routine that you stick to. You should be able to train hard, have a well balanced nutrition and be able to rest. Those are the key ingredients to natural bodybuilding.
So how exactly do you build up your muscles? Building muscle fast is not easy, but with a sensible diet and a good exercise programme, it can be achieved. Let’s look at the physics of how the muscles grow. When you train using weights, it causes what is known as micro trauma in the particular muscle you are training at the time. This trauma causes the muscle to become sore. When it repairs itself, this is what leads to the growth of the muscle. That is in short how the muscles grow and natural bodybuilding really helps in the process.
Here is a few more tips to help with your natural bodybuilding. Keep your training sessions limited to an hour at a time. Any longer and your hormone levels will drop and the training won’t be as successful. Also make sure you have a rest between sets of just a minute or so. This helps your cardio and gives the muscles a small amount of time to rest. Lastly, your sets should be limited to a maximum of 12 reps. If you can do more, then increase the weight and keep the reps down to 12. This has been proven to help in muscle growth.
